Hi, I’m Kate.

I’m Kate, a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and recognized Perinatal Mental Health Counselor (PMH-C) dedicated to the mental health and wellness of mothers worldwide. I have passionately served mothers and families in diverse settings for two decades, including my work as the visionary and founding director of the Parent and Family Wellness Center in Boulder, CO. My contributions have left a lasting mark on the landscape of maternal mental health support in Colorado and beyond.

Today, my mission extends globally. I wear multiple hats - as a transformative coach, author, podcast host, and speaker. I partner with high-achieving mothers of children aged birth-12, guiding them through the tumults of anxiety, guilt, and exhaustion so that they can continue to serve the world with their wisdom and gifts and raise healthy, secure children.

I firmly believe that the world flourishes through the collective strength of women's knowledge and well-raised children. I empower mothers to effortlessly merge their dynamic careers and passions while fostering a profound, lasting connection with their kids. Maternal and child mental health are undeniably interconnected, and no woman should ever be forced into choosing between her dreams and her family.

I am a mother of two teenaged daughters, the wife of an exceptionally talented artist, a loving friend and neighbor, an advocate for maternal and child mental health, and an entrepreneur. There is nothing that I teach the women who I support that I don’t practice myself on a daily basis.

My keynotes include a dynamic question and answer session following each talk.
