Hi, Iβm Kate.
Iβm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor (PMH-C) dedicated to supporting mothersβ emotional well-being from preconception through early childhood. For over 20 years, Iβve helped mothers navigate the challenges of motherhood, including as the founding director of the Parent and Family Wellness Center in Boulder, CO. My work has shaped maternal mental health support in The United States and beyond.
Today, I support high-achieving mothers who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, guilt, and exhaustion, helping them find confidence, calm, and deep connection in both motherhood and career. As a coach, author, podcast host, and speaker, I guide women in shifting old patterns, regulating emotions, and reconnecting with their intuitionβso they can thrive as mothers, professionals, and community members.
I believe that when women are supported, families flourish. No mother should have to choose between her dreams and her family, and I am committed to helping women integrate both with ease. I live this work daily as a mother of two teenage daughters, the wife of a talented artist, and an advocate for maternal and child mental health.
