This 6-month mastermind program is intended for mothers who have a secure practice in self-care, mindfulness, and personal growth and who are ready to invest time and resources into their health and wellness on behalf of their children. This small group container facilitated by a national expert in maternal mental health will enable you to explore and practice the foundations of mental wellbeing in motherhood and will provide a community of like-minded women who are all there to keep you accountable and on-track.
