About Kate

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Perinatal Mental Health Counselor (PMH-C) in the state of Colorado. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and groups in periods of transition and change for more than 20 years. I’ve spent the past decade and a half supporting women and families as the Founding Director and Senior Supervising Psychotherapist of the Postpartum Wellness Center of Boulder, an organization I created in 2007 to bring skilled and appropriate perinatal mental health support to women and families around Boulder County.

I bring expertise in maternal mental health and wellness to the larger community through public speaking, writing, and virtual group and 1-1 coaching and consulting. All mothers want to feel well. I show them how.
