Mission:
,
To encourage expectant, new, and “experienced” mothers to maintain health and balance through psychotherapy and/or coaching to develop practical strategies for physical, social, and emotional health.

Having a baby, or adopting one, can feel like a little earthquake.  Everything shifts and changes including your identity, your physical body, your relationships,  your perspective on work, and your community.  The challenge of learning who you are in relation to all of the pieces of your life once they re-settle can be overwhelming,  And there can be a lot of glass balls to juggle.  Living well and balanced requires a healthy mind, body, and spirit which involves developing strategies around physical fitness and health, nutrition, emotional health and stress reduction, and social networking .  Each person’s definition of “wellness” is different.  Together, we will work to find YOUR wellness.  Come and create balance.
